“I really enjoy the weekly class online with Carmel, it brings me so much calm, presence and awareness in my body as well as it helps me to maintain my flexibility and work on my breathing. Each class is so inspiring, different and carefully prepared with focus on specific parts of our body. It is for me a sacred space of self care I love exploring. I also like to be in the comfort of my own home and having the possibility to do it again later with the recording. I definitely recommend it.
