I conduct Yoga classes for all levels of fitness and ability in Trim, Navan and Slane and I work as a Holistic Therapist from my own home in Navan. I teach Pregnancy Yoga and Baby Massage Classes and I also take 5th year and leaving cert students for an ‘Art of Stillness in the Classroom’ course. “I am passionate about yoga and living a balanced lifestyle and I am very enthusiastic to share the experience and benefits with others.”
